 My Company manages assets and assists clients in their attempts to successfully plan retirement and estate transition*.

We believe in establishing a realistic asset allocation plan, and dynamically managing the assets in that plan.  We believe in the use of financial leveraging to effectively plan for retirement and maximizing estate distribution to heirs and favorite charities. 

We serve professionals and small business owners who are willing to do what it takes to make the necessary changes in order to implement an efficient and effective long-term financial plan. 

We exist to exceed our client expectations, so that our clients are eager to refer us to their friends and business associates. 

Clients can expect us to contact them for proposed changes to keep their assets on course.  We believe firmly in financial reviews executed quarterly, annually and as deemed appropriate. 

James B. Dierkes, CPA, CLU, ChFC- Since 1983 Jim's financial consulting efforts have focused on developing and implementing plans for business continuation, asset management, retirement and estate distribution*.

Jim defines a person's needs and sensitivities.  Emphasis is placed on the client's concerns, goals and expectations.  Communication is kept current at every level of planning and implementatiion.  Planning fees, if needed for retirement feasibility studies or for estate planning analysis, are clearly stated at the outset. 

Jim has successfully qualified for the FINRA 6, 63, 65 and 7 registrations.  In addition to fullfilling his continuing education requirements, Jim regularly attends seminars that deal with the latest developments in taxes** and financial planning.  He has been conducting twice a year seminars for several non-profit organizations since 1991. 
Jim has a BS in Accounting from LaSalle University, and an MBA in Accounting from Temple University. He is a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, The Society of Financial Service Professionals, The Philadelphia Estate Planning Council and a qualifier for the Million Dollar Roundtable.

Jim is active in his former parish, The Immaculate Conception in Germantown, and was instrumental in their 100th anniversary celebration, and in starting an alumni association.

Jim and his wife Vera have resided in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania since 1969.  Along with their three children, their spouses and nine grandchildren, they enjoy their summers at their house in Sea Isle City, New Jersey.
